I have been a State Farm Agent in Winston Salem, NC since 2004 and I am a second generation State Farm Agent. I began my career with State Farm in 1991 as a claims adjuster and moved into agency leadership in 1995. I have a degree in Finance & Insurance from Virginia Tech. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have twin boys. As an avid boater, I enjoy time at the coast with my family and dog (Baxter the beagle).

With nearly 30 years’ experience in customer service, one thing I have learned is that the more problems you encounter, the more resolutions you will find. A part of my job that I enjoy most is working with people to find those options that make their lives easier. I get a lot of at home practice as a problem solver being the proud mom of a son and two fur babies. My free time is primarily spent cheering my son on at his baseball tournaments or spending time with friends and family.
